Approaching station

Drift in pantry from tiny crack The 6 1000-gallon propane tanks are in the foreground.
The black hatch is the top of the 13000 gallon empty diesel tank.
The large animal building The 4 photos make a panorama
generator room you can walk all the way around the building on the ground- owing to the wind scouring and the heat of the building, even though the snow is 8' deep.
propane regulator outside generator room small animal building on L, pace lab on R
Ryan in fron of pace lab - you can barely see the door behind him. Large animal building and sheep pens
sheep pens full of snow

generator room again - where are the 6 propane tanks?
The pantry wall is the only place the snow seems to pile up against the building The "tiki bar" is snow free.
scour around the small animal building behind the small animal building, one of the "hootches" and the new astro-dome
the weather station the telescope shack is 1/2 buried in snow
the new dome is snow-free - at least on the outside. However, the door could not be opened. peeking in through a hole in the wall I saw the reason - a 3' drift inside the doorway. It appears the door was not secure enough in the wind and a crack opened - letting snow accumulate inside. the backup weather station. for the second year in a row the wind sensor was damaged over the winter.
