for helping us sustain year-round operations at Barcroft.

Assistance with White Mountain Energy Project (WMEP)...total budget $426,000

• Capstone 30 KW micro-turbine generators...$30,000 each...we need 2.
• WMEP solar hydronic panels...$1000 each...we need about 10 but each panel makes a difference....specifications will be provided
• WMEP solar photovoltaic panels...$500 each...the more the better...specifications will be provided upon request
• WMEP Sunny Island Inverters...$5000 each...we need six
• WMEP 2000 AmpHour battery bank designed for storing photovoltaically generated electricity $8000.

Transportation and equipment needs

• Lease payments for our 2002 model Tucker "terra lite" snowcat (see news story)...$7000 each...we owe 7 more payments on this machine
• Tucker "2000 snow groomer" snowcat with 12-way blade (see news story).$160,000 new, needed for safe, efficient access in deep snow
• Wheel tractor with front loader and 3 point hitch...in good condition or better.
• Suburban-style or large SUV-style 4WD vehicle...in very good condition or better...we need two
• Medium-size bulldozer (D4 or larger) with multi-way blade...in good condition or better
• One ton, long bed, 4WD, crew cab truck with manual transmission and towing hookup, for towing snowcat on trailer
• Portable gasoline generator...excellent condition or better.

Personal gear needed

• "Extreme" winter clothing for staff and visitors to Barcroft
• Snowshoes for staff and visitors to Barcroft
• GPS units for visitor use in winter
